How do I access the Knowledge Base?
Activate your Novata account to access the Novata Knowledge Base.
- As a Novata user, you have access to our Knowledge Base. You must activate your account with Novata to have access to our full library of articles.
- Reach out to support@novata.com if you cannot find your activation email or need help logging on. The email will like the image below with the subject line "Welcome to Novata"

- The Knowledge Base can also be accessed via our chat box located in the lower right corner of your dashboard, designated by the chat bubble icon.
- It can also be accessed by selecting the Support tab on the top right corner of your dashboard.
