Activate your Novata account to access the Novata Knowledge Base.
As a Novata user, you have access to our Knowledge Base. You must activate your account with Novata to have access to our full library of articles.
Reach out to support@novata.com if you cannot find your activation email or need help logging on. The email will like the image below with the subject line "Welcome to Novata"
The Knowledge Base can also be accessed via our chat box located in the lower right corner of your dashboard, designated by the chat bubble icon.
It can also be accessed by selecting the Support tab on the top right corner of your dashboard.
