Navigate to the platform login page to reset your password.
You can reset your password on the platform's login page. The link can be accessed here. Below the sign-in button, click “Forgot password?” to reset your password or username.
You'll be prompted to send a reset password link to your email. If you do not receive an email within 15 minutes, reach out to support@novata.com.
If you are unable to reset your password, there may be a couple of reasons:
- Check your spam and junk email inboxes from an email from Novata.
- You were not added by your organization's team to Novata. Please reach out to your team member to add you on Novata by going to User Management > Add New User.
